Who they are we looking for?
They’re interested in ambitious, determined, and enthusiastic graduates. In addition, they’re looking for people who share our values of doing the right thing, rather than whatever it takes. Flexible Working: Home & Office Based (Leeds)
Bonus & Benefits:
We know that no one really plans for a career in recruitment; there’s no dedicated degree for it, and there’s no mandatory qualifications or exams to pass, so why do so many graduates choose it?
  1. Freedom – although you're part of a team and we work as a team, you are essentially running your own mini business, you manage your clients, you manage your candidates, you map out your areas, you grow your desk – you are in control!
  2. Rewards – recruitment is hard, we would never hide that but because we know that, we understand that feeling valued and rewarded for your hard work is key!
  3. Financial – & of course, as with most sales roles you earn commission & bonuses on top of your salary!
  4. Making a Difference – recruitment is all about people! Getting to know people, understanding them, what they want and need and helping them change their lives!
  5. Transferable Skills – the skills you gain and develop working in recruitment are some of the most transferable into your everyday-life; from reading people, to negotiating the best deal!
  6. Social – along with our regular company socials such as sports days, bake off, go karting and xmas parties, there’s also plenty of ‘unofficial’ team and company nights out!
