About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this fast paced and rewarding role is responsible for supporting the senior team across all aspects of their business. We are seeking a driven individual, ideally with existing admin or receptionist experience, and a strong desire to learn and gain exposure to the renewable energy sector. This is a varied and engaging role where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and expand your knowledge.

Based at the head office in Battersea, this is a busy yet rewarding role where you will work across a variety of areas within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for the CEO
Co-ordinating diaries, scheduling and administration for regular management meetings, including notetaking and action trackers
Diary management
Email management
Manage and organise daily schedules, business appointments, meetings, functions, etc.
Ad hoc personal tasks when required
Monitoring all correspondence and ensuring deadlines aren’t missed
Maintaining accurate and organised documentation

About You:

Ideally you have experience in admin/office based role
Be highly organised with a friendly and professional approach
Strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
Excellent attention to detail
An ability to think strategically
Ability to be well-organised and efficient
Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
A team player
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be hands-on when necessary
