Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing CRM tools—schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress. Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and targets.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the firm's services.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of new clients by coordinating with the accounting and customer service teams.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the accounting services and effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential clients.
- Previous experience or exposure in sales or customer service, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO ( beneficial) CRM software.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
